Merchandising & POP
Whitehall offers a variety of merchandising options including counter top, wall mount and freestanding floor order centers. All Whitehall Products order centers and displays feature fast selling product assortments and space efficient designs. Our award winning product displays contain attractive graphics, which generate impulse purchases for your store. Contact Customer Service to request for information on available displays.
Pricing Policy
All prices in the catalogs are suggested retail. Prices are subject the change without notice. Contact Whitehall Sales Department for information on trade discounts.
Payment Terms
NET 30 days, F.O.B. Factory, Montague, Michigan with approved credit.
Credit
For new retailers wishing to establish a line of credit, we require completion of the business credit application furnished by Whitehall Products. If Whitehall Products is not able to establish credit, full payment must be received before any orders can be processed. Payment may be made via check, money order, major credit card, or C.O.D.

Product Warranty
Whitehall stands behind all of the products we produce. Download our Product Warranty
Return Policy
Whitehall Products will replace all defective parts. A defective return goods authorization is required. Contact the customer service department for an RGA number. Whitehall Products will remake personalized items, at no charge, only when Whitehall Products is at fault. All other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Information
Most order are shipped within 15 to 20 working days. UPS is used whenever possible unless motor freight or parcel post is necessary. Click here to view a Shipping Map
Invoice Discrepancies
Any invoice discrepancies must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.
Order Cancellations
No cancellation are accepted on personalized orders.
