Christmas 2007 Shipping Schedule and Hours

To help you maximize your holiday sales we are pleased to announce our 2007 special shipping schedule. All orders received by the following deadlines will ship according to the following terms:

Christmas Order Receipt Deadlines

December 10th (by 5:00pm EST)
Orders received by this date and time will be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas with regular ground shipping charges. (NOTE Exclusions)

December 13th (by 5:00pm EST)
Final order date for Christmas orders. Any orders received by this date and time, with signed approval for expedited shipment and noted as EXP in bold on the order, will be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas with expedited freight charges. (NOTE Exclusions)

Exclusions from the Shipping Guarantee:

Aluminum Doormats, Mio planters, mailboxes, Flora & Fauna, Catalina or 3 or more color series plaques, stocking holders, and all two sided signs will follow standard lead times; they are not part of the Christmas cut-off program. Also, please note that orders on hold due to personalization, model or credit issues may not be received on time if the issue is not resolved before the cut off dates.

Please note that our manufacturing department closes down during the first two weeks in January for cleaning and maintenance. Orders that need to be manufactured or were not a part of the Christmas guarantee will begin shipping after the shut down. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
