Christmas 2009 Shipping Schedule and Hours

To help you maximize your holiday sales we are pleased to announce our 2009 special shipping schedule. All orders received by the following deadline will ship according to the following terms:

Christmas Order Receipt Deadlines

December 15th (by 3:00pm EST)
Orders received by this date and time will be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas with regular ground shipping charges. Should the product not arrive in time, Whitehall will offer a 25% discount off the product which can be extended to your customer. (NOTE EXCLUSIONS) Also, please note that orders on hold due to personalization, model or credit issues may not be received on time if the issue is not resolved before the cut off dates. Shipping delays due to weather conditions are not subject to the 25% discount as this is beyond our control.

Exclusions from the Shipping Guarantee:

Aluminum Doormats, Mio Planters, mailboxes, Flora & Fauna, cupolas, Catalina and all 3 or more color series plaques, stocking holders, all two-sided mailbox, ladder rest and post signs are not part of the Christmas cut-off program. Also note that all International orders are excluded from the shipping guarantee as well.

Whitehall is committed to rapid order fulfillment. If the item of your choice is not available for the date required, your Customer Service Representative can assist you in selecting a substitute.
